Some of the most elegant cufflink designs are the simplest. This pair of antique cufflinks from the early 20th century features creamy black onyx set in octagonal yellow gold frames. Crafted in 14kt gold, circa 1920.

The cufflinks are beautifully crafted with solid gold backs. The gold backs help protect the onyx and add to the richness of the design. Note the sturdy cross bars and brackets which secure the links on the cuff.
