The bold colors and cool geometry of the Art Deco era inspired this hand-crafted platinum ring. The center stone is a vibrant Pink Sapphire set between stepped tiers of cool white diamonds.
 The word "sapphire" brings to mind beautiful blue gems that sparkle with shades of the summer sky. But sapphires are not just for the blues! Sapphires can be found in nearly every color of the rainbow .... from hot pinks to forest greens to daffodil yellows.
 The emerald-cut Sapphire is securely held by four platinum prongs. The side diamonds are straight baguettes set in platinum bezels. The Pink Sapphire sits slightly above the descending tiers of diamonds to create an elegant cascade of sparkling gemstones. Our settings are hand crafted so we can perfectly place and position each gemstone.
 The band of the ring has a flat edge profile with a mirror-like finish. The band is a little narrower than the outer tier of diamonds. Each gemstone was selected to complement the proportions and brilliance of the others.
 The width and thickness of the band are consistent throughout the entire circumference, adding to the strong geometric lines of the ring. From the side you can see the tiered, cascading arrangement of the gemstones. This setting is like a miniature masterpiece of Art Deco architecture reminiscent of the Empire State Building. |
 Looking inside the ring you can see that the beautiful design and uncompromising craftsmanship are continued on the underside. Note the cut-outs beneath each gemstone and the symmetrical, smooth edges of the under gallery. Our philosophy is that a fine jewel should be crafted as nicely on the underside as it is on the top.
 All of our custom rings proudly display the registered hallmark of Bijoux Extraordinaire ("BEL"). Also visible is the precious metal stamp for the purity of the platinum ("PLAT"). These marks are your assurance of superior craftsmanship, exceptional gemstones and imaginative design.

| This striking ring is hand-crafted in platinum. The emerald-cut sapphire weighs 2.80 carats and measures 9.8 by 6.5 millimeters. The four baguette-cut diamonds weigh a total of 0.98 carats. The diamonds are E-G color and VS1-2 clarity. The ring is a finger size 6 1/2 and can be resized to fit most fingers. | ||
